SHIKARPUR: Agha Siraj Khan Durrani, speaker Sindh Assembly said that Imran Khan had misbehaved with his party’s women workers and that this was against the social norms of Pakistan and the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, from where Khan hails in particular.
Durrani said that Pervez Musharraf had ran away from Pakistan on grounds of false illness and videos had emerged which showed that he was living luxurious life abroad.
Criticising Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, he said people of the areas had been forced to participate in his public gathering in Naushehro Feroze. But people of Sindh became disappointed when Abbasi only spoke of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif.
On a question about National Accountability Bureau, he said that Pervez Musharraf established NAB for ulterior motives but the new NAB chairman was honest and hoped that the new chairman would discharge his duties with honesty.
Recalling Shaheed Benazir Bhutto and Bilawal Bhutto Zardari that ‘democracy is best revenge’, he said PPP believes in democracy.
